The "5 midweek days" foresees:
- a rich buffet for breakfast with salami, cheeses, eggs, fruit juices, yogurts and cereals, fruit, brioches and hand-made cakes, a corner with biological products ;
- fine class lunch and/or dinner which foresees:
- a rich starter and vegetables buffet
- breads buffet with a wide variety of hand–made type
