The day always starts with a wide buffet of breakfast, with a rich selection of handmade cakes and sweets, bread and crispbread, brioches, fresh and dried fruit, yougurt, marmalades. And naturally there are eggs, salami, cheeses and ham. For the greedies there is a corner with free sweet and salat crêpes, that are prepared on demand by our fantastic maitre. For people that pay much attention to their health there is a corner with a wide selection of organic foods.
Every day we offer 3-4 entrances with handmade pasta (noodles, ravioli, lasagne, handmade maccaroni, etc.) flavored by generous sauces. Then there are 3-4 main courses with meat, poultry of high quality and fresh fish of the Adriatic sea.
Naturally our guests can taste every day wide buffet of handmade breads and pizza, about 40 choices between meal, fish and vegetable starts, a very large selection of fruits of season and wide buffet of cake and pastries realized by our master pastry cook and a selection of craft ice-creams.
